The accommodation
Located on the first floor of an old building of the late 19th century, the apartment is completely independent. It is ideal all year for your vacation stays, internships or professional, for relaxation or for outdoor activities.
The apartment has an area of 40 m2 (430 sq ft). It includes a bedroom (bed 190 x 140 cm, wardrobe, office space), a living room (kitchenette, living room with a 2-places sofa bed ) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
It is fully equipped and has the following services:

You will receive the keys and can freely access 24/24. The entrance is through a private garden to the rear, where you can bask in the summer. A garage and a private parking are available to tenants, as well as a public parking for 200 cars.
The neighborhood
The apartment is located in the center of Nyons, within 2 minutes walk from several bakeries, a butcher, a cheese shop, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a movie theatre, several restaurants and several banks with ATM. A few outdoor cafés are found on the nearby square as well as the tourist office of the Nyons County. The Nyonsoleïado water park, open from June to September, is at a stone’s throw. The Old Town and its restaurants are within 5 minutes walk.
So you have all the services at hand : it’s the advantage of staying downtown!
The owners
Jean-Luc and Mila, the owners, live in the adjoining apartment and are very available. They will recommend you the best restaurants in the area and will give you some advices for your excursions and hikes.
If you do not have your own vehicle, Jean-Luc will offer you car tours or guided walks in the area.
Hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts are welcome. A special documentation will be given to them.
How to get there?
The nearest international airports are Marseille-Provence (140 km) and Lyon-Saint-Exupery (210 km with TGV connection to Montelimar). The airports of Avignon (75 km) and Nîmes (103 km) also receive some low-cost flights.
For people who come by train, the nearest station is at Montelimar (3 hours from Paris and 50 minutes from Lyon by TGV). From there, a bus will take travelers to Nyons in 55 minutes. The bus stop located opposite the tourist office is only 200 meters from the apartment.
By car, on the A7 motorway, take the Montélimar South or Bollène outputs. From there, county roads lead you to Nyons in 45 minutes.
A Nyons, a free shuttle service allows you to discover the different neighborhoods of the town. There is also a taxi service as well as car rental services.
Please note
- For stays of a week or more, a cleaning fee of 60 € and a deposit of € 400 are required. These amounts will be paid by the tenant upon entry into the premises. The deposit will be refunded on departure, less any amounts which the tenant could be debtor in case of deterioration of the leased premises or objects and furniture.
- The apartment is non-smoking.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The apartment is located in a building, you are asked to respect the usability standards (including noise).
